Things people usually ask me.
Do I need any previous knowledge?
None at all. I work with complete beginners and with people who already speak but want to improve. We start exactly where you are.
How do I book a lesson?
Pick a slot that works for you on the booking page and I’ll confirm it the same day. Simple as that.
What if I need to cancel?
Just let me know at least 12 hours in advance and we’ll move the lesson to another time, at no cost.
Do lesson packs expire?
Yes. Each pack has an expiration date counted from the payment date: the 5-lesson pack is valid for 10 weeks, the 10-lesson pack for 20 weeks, and the 15-lesson pack for 30 weeks. If a pack expires with unused lessons, those lessons are forfeited and can no longer be scheduled.
How do you know my level?
We assess it together in the virtual coffee, and I build your plan from there.
