Hi, I’m Aurora.
I’m from Córdoba, in the south of Spain, and I’ve been teaching Spanish to adults online for over six years. Almost all of them started exactly where you are now: from zero.
But here’s the part that matters: I learned English and Italian from zero myself — as an adult, with a full life already in the way. So I know this from your side of the screen too: the sentence you rehearse in your head and never say out loud, the dinner you smile through without understanding a word.

What a week actually looks like
Let me walk you through one real week.
Every module works the same way. Same four steps, same rhythm, twelve times. Once you’ve done the first week, you already know how the whole course feels.
Here’s an example of how week 6 looks.
You watch the videos
Three short lessons, eight to fifteen minutes each. In this module: the words for clothes and sizes and a full shop conversation. You watch them whenever your week allows — on the sofa, on the train, in the twenty minutes before dinner. Everything is unlocked from day one — so you can run ahead when you’re on a roll, or catch up when life gets in the way.
You do the exercises
A PDF for the module: vocabulary, practice, and a couple of writing tasks. You send it back to me and I correct it by hand — my notes on your work, not an answer key at the back of a book.
You record one voice note
Midweek, the challenge lands in the WhatsApp group. This week: walk into a shop and ask for something in your size. Twenty seconds, maybe thirty — that’s all I ask for. Send me more if you’re on a roll. I listen to every single one and reply to you personally, with feedback on what you said and how it sounded.

Things people usually ask me.
I have absolutely zero Spanish. Will I really be able to follow?
Yes — and I mean that. Module 1 starts with the sounds of the language. I’ve taught complete beginners many times and the starting point is never the problem. The only thing that matters is that you show up.
What if I’m the worst one in the group?
There is no worst one. Everybody starts on the same day, from zero, in the same module — nobody arrives with an advantage. And with six people maximum, I know exactly where each of you is. In my experience the first class is the quiet one. By the third, I’m the one having to stop people so we can move on.
I’m terrified of speaking out loud. Is this going to be uncomfortable?
A little, at first. I’m not going to pretend otherwise — speaking a new language always feels strange in the beginning. What I can tell you is that everyone in that group feels exactly the same, and that we start with twenty-second voice notes, not conversations. You record yours alone, as many takes as you need, before you ever speak live.
How much time do I need each week?
Realistically, around 2–3 hours: the live class, that week’s short videos (8–15 minutes each, so they fit into small gaps), the module workbook, and one voice note of twenty or thirty seconds. Bonus #1 gives you a daily plan that makes it easy to fit in.
What if I can’t make a live class one week?
Life happens. Every session is recorded and uploaded so you can watch it whenever works for you. You won’t fall behind — and you can still send your voice note and your workbook as normal.
What day and time are the live classes?
We agree it together. Once the group is formed I ask everyone which slots work for them, and we settle on the one that fits all six of us — so you’re not bending your week around an hour that was fixed before you joined. You’ll have the day and time before the course starts, and if you ever miss one, every class is recorded.
Will I really speak Spanish after 3 months?
Honestly? You won’t be fluent — and I’d never promise that. But you’ll be able to introduce yourself, handle real everyday situations, understand basic Spanish and have simple conversations. That’s real progress you’ll actually feel.
Is the course taught in English?
Yes. All explanations are in English so you can follow comfortably from day one. The practice, of course, is in Spanish — that’s where the magic happens.
Is this Spanish from Spain or from Latin America?
From Spain. I teach a neutral Castilian accent — the Spanish you’ll hear across the country, including tú and vosotros. You’ll understand Latin American Spanish perfectly well; it’s the same language. But what you’ll learn to speak is Spanish from Spain.
